The Face of Fear: Book review

The Face of Fear is a book not for the easily  intimidated. Excitement, thrill, and tension await you.

He has a special talent, he can feel how a murderer feels when he's murdering, he knows when the murder happens and how it was done, nothing accurate, but enough to help the police greatly.
With this talent he's very sought after, by people and by a mass murderer called 'the butcher'. This murderer seems to be a normal person, the climber cannot feel anything odd about him, he even states he's not a regular psychotic madman, he's something more, he's special.
The Face of Fear has plenty of murders, excitement and, well, fear. you will be glued to its pages until the small hours, the descriptive places, the terrific work of Dean Koontz will really show you how you can get surprised over and over again, you'll grow in the character, you'll understand the hidden motives of the mysterious butcher, you'll pick who you think is right and you'll probably be surprised yet again.

Overall, I enjoyed reading, and I'll be reading more of Dean's books, some of his books got NYC best sellers, some got close to it, he's worth your glance, I borrowed this book from the library but it shouldn't cost more than 8$, you can gert it used at 4$.
The book did have some downsides, some of the plot was a bit expected, some of the things that happened to the characteres were almost "too lucky" and the book has a tendancy to sometimes describe things that don't really matter.

I still enjoyed it.

The Face of Fear gets an overall of 4.2/5 from me, recommended!

Money can't buy happiness, or can it?

I've recently stumbled upon this interesting video (which is not an advert or anything like that) that explains just how wrong we ar about the concept of spending money, I've realized how right this guy is, money CAN buy happiness, if you spend it right :)
